How to Manage Your Subscription Billing

You control your Paramount Plus account settings online. Follow these steps to update your payment details or change your plan.

Steps to Manage Billing

1. Open a web browser on your phone or computer.

2. Go to paramountplus.com and log in.

3. Click your profile name in the top corner.

4. Select Account from the drop menu.

5. Scroll down to the Subscription and Billing section.

6. Click Edit Payment Information to change your credit card.

7. Click Change Your Plan to switch your subscription tier.

8. Click Cancel Subscription to end your service.

Save your changes. The system updates your account immediately.

Third Party Billing

Did you sign up through Roku, Apple, or Amazon? You must manage your billing through their specific platforms. You cannot change these details on the Paramount Plus website. Log in to your device app store to adjust your payment settings.
